"I fell on the base of my spine due to a freshly polished floor near to my desk at work. i was taken to hospital but not x-rayed. A year later I was x-rayed and told by the Doctor that I would have a problem in later years but that nothing could be done!
I kept working and years later developed neck and lower back problems.
I went to an Osteopath but he did not cure the problem or the pain. A friend had heard about Homewood, and I went to see Mr Skinnner, Doctor of Chiropractic, for treatments. He helped me and I had treatments at intervals. Since Elaine Cooke took over the practice I have continued to have treatments at intervals when I have had various mishaps! Elaine had given me excellent treatments and care and help, and I am continually grateful. I regard her as my lifeline! I have also had good treatment from Lisa. The staff are very kind, caring and helpful, which makes visits a pleaseure.
I have recommended Homewood to many people, and to my GP and also to the hospital when I have had scans. The NHS cannot give treatments, but can unfortunately only supply drugs."
